Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Product information: While we take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. We will inform you as soon as possible if we become aware of any errors.
Order process: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm receipt of your order by email and will confirm acceptance of your order when we process the payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Payment: Payment can be made by most major credit and debit cards Visa and Master Card and through COD (cash on delivery) only in Lebanon. Currencies accepted are USD. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your order.
Shipping and delivery: We ship all over the world, we offer free delivery only in Lebanon. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We will inform you of the estimated delivery time when you place your order.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
